MR LOUIS

Mr Louis plays soulful, groove-led house designed for the right setting — ideally somewhere in the sun, as the light starts to fade and the crowd settles into it.

Influenced early on by artists like Al Green, Lauryn Hill and Luther Vandross, his sound naturally leans towards warmth and musicality, later finding its home in ’90s house — where piano, soul and rhythm do most of the talking. Today, that sits alongside modern disco edits and punchier house and tech house, all woven together with a focus on flow rather than flash.

 

His sets are carefully put together, built on constant groove rather than big moments — the aim is simple: keep people dancing, without them needing to think too much about why.

Best suited to beach clubs, terraces and long, unhurried afternoons that turn into evenings.
